Windrose

Much alike the triangle plot the wind rose measures just as its name implies, wind conditions.  The wind rose map is a valuable tool for many different occupations which need to track the different wind conditions over time to plan their future trips.  This map is a set of 4 measuring wind variances within a year stretching from September 1, 2004to august 31, 2005.
