Climograph

A climograph measures precipitation and temperature in a given locations over a given period of time.  This map comes from a multiple choice test in a climate class and, although it is not labeled, it is understood that the measurements are in degrees F and feet of precipitation.  Although I am not a meteorologist I would say the answer would most likely be "arctic" since northern and southern hemispheres would get similar (and warmer) temperatures where the antarctic would get very little rainfall.
